RUSSELL LEVY JD- VTS FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Started helping Veterans at Saddleback Church and then became an Employment Director at a veterans non-profit that had a service center and transitional housing for homeless veterans. Russell discovered that if he was able to help veterans before they left the military a high percentage of them would have a successful reintegration and not become unemployed, underemployed or homeless. His vision of Seamless Military Reintegration focused on "Veterans Mentoring Veterans" in four key areas has propelled VTS into a fast growing and effective non-profit with very low costs and extremely high returns.
